Munroe Court, Leeds

A striking new build commercial office building, designed as a new customer information centre. The highly flexible and sustainable building comprises of an elevated 5,000 sq m open plan office floorplate equipped to accommodate 700 occupants, supported by perimeter service cores that provide access to a secure 200 space undercroft car park, entrance core, ancillary spaces and plant.

Civic Offices Rotherham

Construction of 172,000 sq ft office building with 3 individual blocks of 5-7 storeys, interlinked by common core areas with clear open space of 15m to provide a flexible, column free, interior space. Single storey semi-basement, incorporating car parks, store and plant rooms.

The project achieved BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification.

D-Campus, Sheffield

The construction of 100,000 sq ft of office accommodation split between two buildings. Building One currently provides 50,0002ft of office space on four floor levels, whilst Building Two provides 50,0002ft on five levels. Both enjoy an impressive ground floor reception area with double height feature reception.

The project achieved BREEAM ‘Very Good’ certification.

The Mint, Leeds

A prestigious 120,0002ft Grade ‘A’ office development situated on the southern gateway to Leeds City Centre. Alongside over 8 levels of accommodation, the building incorporates a distinctive entrance hall and full height atrium, giving access to external courtyard areas. Car parking is provided at basement level.

The Green Building, Leeds

Construction of a landmark ‘sustainable’ office at Thorpe Park, Leeds. Comprising of a 46,000 sq ft building with 2 x 14m wide wings either side of a full height glass atrium. The project achieved a BREEAM score of 87.55% - the highest rating of its time.
