Located in the gateway to Leeds City Centre, Bridgewater Place sets the standard for modern architecture with its 32 storeys of mixed use space.

GMI carried out refurbishment works to 66 of the 200 residential apartments caused by water damage. Works work carried out whilst the building was still largely occupied. Residents were able to move back into their restored apartments as each floor was completed.
