Sellers Engineers vacated their Waterfront site in Huddersfield which is to be redeveloped to enable the realisation of the £150 million flagship Huddersfield Waterfront Quarter Development.

Sellers is a world leader in the design and manufacture of finishing machines for the carpet industry. To move Sellers from Chapel Hill - its home for 98 years – Landmark Development Projects secured the deal to develop a new factory for Sellers on a 27 acre site on Trident Business Park located on Leeds Road.

GMI was appointed as the main contractor to build and fit out the factory and two storey offices, also including 90 car parking spaces.
