The works comprised the recladding and refurbishment of City Centre Tower Office buildings to provide a combination of basement car parking, store/retail units, residential apartments and commercial office space on 14 No levels.

A complex project which involved the stripping of the existing tower building envelope and roof structure/coverings, the installation of 2 No additional floors onto the existing podium level and the addition of 2 No floors onto the top of the existing tower building.
