Following the success of the Stockton Retail Park, Union Property Holdings, (part of the British Land Group of Companies) called on GMI to complete the final phase of the development on the park.

Comet Ltd had expressed an interest in moving to larger premises on the park after successfully trading on Phase 1 of the Business Park for a period.
