This project provides a state of the art CAT B fit out for Sheffield City Council. Located in the city centre next to the city’s railway and coach station, providing 50,000 sq ft. The fit out was aimed at creative, digital and technologically led companies.

The fit out included the installtion of acoustic attenuation measures to ensure privacy between individual offices.
