This project provided the client with a modern up to date distribution facility together with a two storey office accommodation, to ensure the amalgamation of several depots offered economies of scale and significant cost benefits to the organisation.

GMI worked closely with the designers from an early stage in order to provide buildability and timescale advice on the main design principles.
