The transformation of a 1960’s office block into a landmark building in what is now an area of Leeds that has become the ‘hub’ of the city in both commercial terms during the day and the centre of the nightlife of the city.

The existing facades were removed and replaced with the ‘new look’, transforming the bulding’s appearance and giving the office areas a new lease of life.
