Energy and Environmental impact rating

GMI is committed to ensure that all of its project management activities and the buildings it builds are monitored, audited and accredited on a continuous basis

It strives to achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating on every project delivered and to accomplish an A rating on all EPC Ratings.

BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method)

BREEAM is the common standard for UK Sustainable Construction excellence and the most widely used system for assessing the environmental performance of buildings. It sets standards for best practice and demonstrates a widely recognised level of achievement.
