This project provides a contemporary styled three storey office building situated on one of the main routes into the South of Leeds City Centre. The elevational treatment of block polished masonry and coloured render make the building a prominent addition to the area.

With high quality internal finishes together with external areas of parking and landscaping, the development offers Grade ‘A’ facilities in an attractive setting.
