This project comprised of a 400,000 sq ft warehouse together with 40,000 sq ft of office accommodation. This was constructed following an extensive demolition of over 60 buildings on a former chemical site.

The contract included all internal works for the occupants Poundstretcher, which included sprinklers racking, a ‘mock shop’ and full office fit out.
