This project consists of a three storey fully fitted out 20,000 sq ft office accommodation and two single storey industrial units. The office block is a steel frame structure with composite concrete floors and concrete stairs.

The superstructure was brick and blockwork with aluminium windows and large areas of glass curtain walling.
